Back to top I selected the "Transfer PC Version" option and nothing appeared to happen; so where's my movie? During the copy process, if we didn't find a 'My Videos' folder associated with your User account on your PC, the file was copied into the root directory, or 'C:\'. If you attempted the "Transfer PC Version" option multiple times, you may see additional files named with the movie title followed by a number. For example, there may be a Resident_Evil_Extinction_2007_PC.wmv, a Resident_Evil_Extinction_2007_PC2.wmv, Resident_Evil_Extinction_2007_PC3.wmv, etc. The duplicate files with the numbers in their name can be deleted. If you are still having problems, please contact Customer Service. Back to top I selected the "Transfer PC Version" option and received the following error message: "Cannot copy Movie Filename: Access is denied." Chances are you haven't yet installed and run Windows Media® Player (WMP) v10 or greater on your PC. If you have WMP v10 or greater already installed on your PC, please run this application and it should properly create your 'My Videos' folder. If you do not have WMP v10 or greater installed on your PC, then please download and run the latest version. Back to top Can I watch the movies in full-screen view on my computer? Absolutely. While watching the movie on your computer using Windows Media® Player hit the Alt and Enter keys simultaneously to view in full screen mode. You need to go through a short process to set up the Windows Media® Player before you can watch a Digital Copy movie from your PC. To do this, simply start Windows Media® Player by opening it from the start menu. Windows Media® Player will open and prompt you to make selections. In Step 2, under Enhanced Playback Experience, please ensure that "Acquire licenses automatically for protected content" is selected. Back to top If I am no longer interested in taking part in this program, how do I remove the movie file(s)? The first step to removing the movie file(s) is to find where within your PC's hard drive(s) the movie(s) actually reside(s). The Digital Copy program normally copies its movie files to your "My Videos" folder (or just plain "Videos" folder for Vista users), which is found within the "My Documents" folder. Look for the Windows Media® Video (WMV) file that corresponds to the movie you wish to remove and delete it. As a reference, the WMV files that are part of this program will end with the suffix, "_PC.wmv." Back to top
